What's the difference between job seeker vs. recruiter modes?
Same core technology, different interface and goals. Job seekers focus on landing a role. Recruiters use the platform to identify hiring signals and win new client accounts. Both use the same powerful 10-step workflow.
Why limit to 3 contacts per company by default?
This is a best practice to prevent your outreach from being flagged as spam and to maintain a high-quality, professional approach.
How is the fit score calculated?
Our AI analyzes a candidate's skills against job requirements, matches company pain points to their experience, and provides a percentage score with a plain-English rationale explaining the match.
What are pre-flight checks and what does "green" mean?
Built-in deliverability checks to ensure your emails reach the inbox. Green ticks mean your email is verified and has a low spam score, so it will likely be delivered successfully.

We use mock data in demos and never show PII. Real user data is encrypted and never shared. We are GDPR compliant and are planning for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits in 2026.
What's the difference between the tracker vs. CSV export?
The in-app tracker is a Kanban board to visualize your pipeline stages. The CSV export lets you download your raw data for external analysis.
